🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded.

🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Opened or used cosmetic products

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Personal hygiene products (e.g., lash glue, skin tools)

• Items damaged through customer misuse or neglect

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

• Approved returns: You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Late or missing refunds? Check your bank statement, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at browniepointsllc.cm@gmail.com

 

📦 How to Return

• We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping address.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

📬 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at browniepointsllc.cm@gmail.com

 

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
